What do I get concretely after an inspection?

A digital dossier in the PropertyNorm register, a tier rating per building component (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and a physical hallmark. At sale, valuation or insurance you can share this dossier.

Does PropertyNorm perform the work itself?

No. PropertyNorm inspects and registers. The work is performed by associated craftsmen. That separation is deliberate: a hallmark that also executes is no longer a hallmark.

How often do I need to re-inspect?

On a Gold rating your dossier is valid for 5 years. On Silver 3 years. On Bronze maintenance is advised within 12 months. The basic subscription manages the rhythm for you.

What is the difference between one-off and subscription?

A one-off inspection gives you one snapshot plus dossier. The subscription keeps the dossier current, manages re-inspection and provides access to work orders via associated craftsmen.

Is my dossier recognised by insurers?

PropertyNorm runs pilots with insurers from Q3 2026. The dossier is structured to achieve insurer recognition based on objective control points and photo proof.
